• Non-Refundable Deposit

The non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of placing the order. The deposit will be refunded only if Facepoolfigure cancels the product or confirms that we cannot ship the product to your country.

• Shipping, Taxes & Customs

For preorder items, we will provide the most economical available shipping option. The final shipping cost is calculated after the product is released, based on the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country. We cannot declare a lower product value to reduce these charges.

Delivery times after dispatch are controlled by the carrier and destination customs authorities. All shipments include tracking. Track shipments and estimated delivery times at https://www.17track.net/en.

• Returns & After-Sales Service

We inspect each figure before shipping. Report missing parts, product defects, or shipping damage within 24 hours of confirmed delivery with the order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.

Opened products cannot be returned. Return requests must be approved in advance at info@facepoolfigure.com. Unless the return is due to a Facepoolfigure error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
