Please read the following terms carefully before you place preorder.

• Non-Refundable Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of placing a preorder. The deposit will be refunded only if Facepoolfigure cancels the product or confirms that we cannot ship the product to your country.

• Shipping, Taxes & Customs

Facepoolfigure Online Store processes and ships orders Monday through Friday, China Standard Time. Orders are handled in the order received. In-stock orders normally ship within 3-5 business days, and all shipments include tracking.

For preorder items, we will provide the most economical available shipping option. The final shipping cost is calculated after the product is released, based on the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes charged by the destination country. We cannot declare a lower product value to reduce these charges.

Delivery times after dispatch are controlled by the carrier and destination customs authorities. If a package is delayed, missing, or damaged during shipping, please contact us. We will work with you and the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

• Returns & After-Sales Service

We inspect each figure before shipping to help ensure that the order is complete and in good condition. Please report missing parts, product defects, or shipping damage within 24 hours of confirmed delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We will review the case and work with you to reach an appropriate resolution.

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper handling after delivery.

Opened products cannot be returned. Any return request must be approved in advance by email at info@facepoolfigure.com and must include the order number. Unless the return is due to an error by Facepoolfigure, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
