Non Refundable Deposit is due within 48 hours of placing the order.
Please understand that the deposit will not be refunded except Facepoolfigure cancels this product or if Facepoolfigure is not able to ship to your country.
- Shipping, Tax & Custom
Facepoolfigure Online Store ships orders Monday through Friday CST – China Standard Time. Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received. Normally orders placed will be shipped within 3-5 business days. All orders are shipped with tracking.
We will do our best to provide economic shipping, actual shipping cost will be calculated when product is released and based on customer’s shipping address.
Customer is responsible for any custom fee and tax. We would not be able to claim a lesser value of the product to avoid custom fee.
Once the package is shipped we have no control over how long it arrives at customer country other than relying on tracking number. Should a damaged or missing package occurs(so far we don’t have any!) we would help customer initiate claim to post office and get refund. We would not be able to issue refund to customer larger than the amount refunded to us by post office.

- Return & After-Sale Service
We will open and examine each figure before shipping to oversea customers to make sure you receive everything right, if there is missing or damaged parts due to a mistake on our part, we will ship replacement via economic shipping and pay shipping charges. All claims of missing or damaged parts must be addressed within 24h of successful delivery (Due to the detail and fragile parts of 1/6 items we will not be responsible for customer’s mishandle.)
No return is allowed and no return will be refunded if the box is opened. All returns must be the subject of a prior request by email info@facepoolfigure.com. Customer will need to provide order number in the email and subject to pay return shipping fee.
- Payment Method
We only accept PayPal at the moment. To avoid confusion, please make sure your shipping address entered during check out is the same as the address showing in Paypal.
Facepoolfigure Online Store is not responsible for pricing errors on our website. We will always contact a customer prior to shipping to inform them if there has been an error in pricing.
